Human Resources Consultant III

Location: This is a hybrid position. Must live in commutable distance to White Flint, MD/Rockville, MD.

***This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. ***

Description:

OBAN Corporation is seeking a Human Resource Consultant to support a federal agency client. The Human Resources Consultant will be part of a new centralized shared services model team. Responsibilities include implementing executive performance management, developing and executing change management strategies as the agency transitions to the new shared services model. The Consultant’s responsibilities may also include:

  • HR Project Management/Leadership
  • Group Facilitation
  • Organizational Development
  • HR Business Strategy Planning
  • Talent Development
  • Workforce Planning
  • Employee Relations
  • HR policies and procedures review

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 15 years’ experience within a federal agency.
  • Experience with the development and implementation of executive performance management processes and performance management software platforms.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different levels of staff and management.
  • Demonstrated excellence in time and project management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and analysis skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security checks (Public Trust clearance).
  • U.S. citizenship required.
